The packaging of aviation container boards is divided into 2 categories:
1 For ordinary packaging, place an aviation container board flat on the bottom and place a plywood wooden pallet on top (the plywood wooden pallet has the advantages of high firmness, light weight and no need for fumigation), and then place the remaining container boards flat on the wooden pallet. Use paper strips to protect each corner, wrap the outside with PVC film, and then tie 3 strips horizontally and 2 strips vertically with packing tape.

2. Pack aviation container boards vertically. Put the container boards upright on a customized wooden or iron frame, then wrap them with PVC film, and then tie 2-3 strips of packing tape horizontally and vertically. Such packaging reduces the shipping volume, which is beneficial to saving space for both sea and air transportation, as shown in the figure below:

First, the parts of the container are arranged in an orderly manner on the wooden frame according to the packaging plan issued by the technical engineer, wrapped with PVC film and packed with packing tape, and then covered with customized cartons. Wrap the outside with film again, and then tie 2-3 strips of packing tape horizontally and vertically. As shown below:
